While this may not seem like a groundbreaking discovery, for someone like me who struggles with eyeliner, this eyeliner stamp is a game-changer. I’ve attempted to achieve the perfect winged eyeliner countless times, only to produce uneven lines or smudges. I know a lot of people struggle with eyeliner, even when they’re perfectly capable of applying it. It’s frustrating to say the least, so I wanted to find an easier way that could help.
Now, with the Kaja Beauty Wink Stamp, the struggle is finally over. This makeup product not only saves me time and effort, but it also makes sure that both of my eyes are even. No more bending my neck and straining my back trying to get that winged look. The Wink Stamp Long Waterproof Wing Eyeliner Stamp & Pen is “A double-ended wing stamp and liquid pen liner that is smudge proof, long-lasting, and waterproof, giving you a super easy winged eyeliner look every time.”
This eyeliner stamp creates an easy winged eyeliner look without the fear of messing it up. It’s surprising I have’t tried this eyeliner stamp sooner, since its from one of my favorite and affordable beauty brands. But now that I have, and I can say that it lives up to the hype.
In last week’s blog, I shared my experience with the eyeliner stencil stickers from Amazon. I was really excited to try it out, but unfortunately it didn’t quite live up to my expectations, so it was pretty disappointing when I realized I couldn’t use them. It motivated to me to search for a different eyeliner pen, because I was Determined to find a better option.
I turned to the trusty search engine, Google, and typed in “adaptive makeup”. That’s when I found the eyeliner stamp from Kaja Beauty. I’ve seen eyeliner stamps before, but from what I’ve seen, none of them looked very promising. Then I realized there was no stencil involved because it’s a stamp, so I knew I found a possible solution. I don’t know what I thought, but I assumed it would be one stamp for both sides. This is why reading is fundamental 😂
Kaja Beauty Wink Stamp & Pen
The Wink Stamp Long Waterproof Wing Eyeliner Stamp & Pen is a “A double-ended wing stamp and liquid pen liner that is smudge proof, long-lasting, and waterproof, giving you a super easy winged eyeliner look every time.” It has a wing stamp for the left eye on one end and another stamp for the right eye on the other. I didn’t really read the description, so I was surprised there was stamp on each end. I don’t know what I thought, but I assumed it would be one stamp for both sides. In this case, my impulsive shopping turned out to be the best decision. I think I was just so excited at the thought of an eyeliner stamp, I automatically ordered it.
When I opened it for the first time, I have to admit, there was a very strong sharpie smell, but it didn’t last long. I thought it would because it smells like…you know, sharpie. Using the eyeliner stamp was a breeze. It was so simple and straightforward to achieve the perfect winged eyeliner look on both of my eyes. All I had to do was gently stamp the end of my eye and voila! The wing was perfectly placed. Then, I just had to use the eyeliner pen to fill in the rest of my eyelid.
I wish I could say I absolutely loved the eyeliner pen, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a terrible product. It just doesn’t apply as smoothly as my Stila eyeliner pen. I’ve experimented with dozens of eyeliner pens over the years, but there’s something about the Stila one that always keeps me coming back. Maybe it’s the precise tip or the intense pigment, but it always seems to work best for me. Plus, I have hooded eyelids, which means I don’t have a lot of space to work with when it comes to applying eyeliner. So, finding a pen that allows me to create a clean and straight line is harder for me.
Conclusion
The Kaja Beauty Wink Stamp has become a game-changer in my makeup routine, giving me a solution to the struggle of drawing in a winged eyeliner. Despite the initial sharpie-like scent and the less-than-ideal performance of the eyeliner pen, the convenience of the dual-ended wing stamp makes it a worthwhile buy for my makeup collection. The time and stress it saves me from applying a winged eyeliner outweighs any issues with the eyeliner pen. As someone who struggles with limited mobility, the Wink Stamp has become an adaptive makeup tool for winged eyeliner.
